Position Overview

Join our growth-oriented dental practice as a Dental General Assistant and enjoy a friendly, positive atmosphere with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Were seeking an experienced professional with 3+ years in chairside assistance to support our team Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient chairside assistance during restorative and preventive procedures
Take and develop digital and traditional impressions
Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with composite and amalgam procedures
Perform X-ray imaging (DANB X-ray Certification preferred)
Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
Coordinate patient care and ensure a comfortable experience

Qualifications

3+ years of dental assistant experience
DANB X-ray Certification, Coronal Polish Certification, and CPR/BLS preferred
Proficient in digital/traditional impression techniques and temporary crown fabrication
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a growth-oriented, friendly environment

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: 19 - 23 per hour
