Position Summary

We are seeking a part time motivated treatment coordinator /dental assistant with at least 1 year of experience to deliver outstanding front-desk support. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless experience

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and coordinate patient communications
Process payments, verify insurance benefits, and handle billing questions
Maintain accurate patient records using digital practice management software
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care -back office dental assistant help as needed , must be xray certified

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental treatment coordinator/dental assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software and basic computer applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits
