About the Role
Join our team-oriented, patient-centered dental practice as an experienced Dental Assistant. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and ensuring a smooth, efficient chairside experience for every patient while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during composite and other restorative procedures
- Take digital and traditional impressions
- Fabricate temporary crowns with precision and care
- Perform dental X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification required)
- Coordinate patient care, appointments, and follow-up communication
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a dental assistant
- DANB X-ray Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and procedures
- Excellent patient communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $46,000 – $47,000 per year
