Key Responsibilities
- Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
- Change and adjust archwires
- Polish teeth and prepare enamel for bonding
- Place separators for treatment initiation
- Take precise orthodontic records (photos, scans, X-rays)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
- Perform sterilization and infection control duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience
- X-ray certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient comfort
