National Dental | The Bronx is looking for a General Dentist to join our high-performing, supportive Bronx team. This practice is a mix of PPO/FFS/Medicaid and production could exceed $1.5MM if you do extractions.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled General Dentist with 6+ years of experience to deliver comprehensive dental care and lead a high-performing clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, and optional implant placement
- Develop and present patient-focused treatment plans
- Lead and mentor a seasoned clinical support team
- Ensure continuity of care and refer only when clinically necessary
- Participate in continuing education and mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Active dental license
- Minimum of 6 years’ general dentistry experience
- Strong foundation in restorative, surgical, and periodontal procedures
- Interest or experience in implantology is a plus
- Professional, team-oriented, and patient-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- 30% of net collections with no lab fee deductions
- $300,000–$500,000+ annual earning potential (based on $1.5M production)
- Daily guarantee of $800–$1,000 during ramp-up
