Position Overview

Join our patient-centered dental practice as a friendly and efficient Dental Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth front-desk operations in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs
Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
Verify patient information and insurance eligibility
Maintain accurate patient records and dental software entries
Handle billing inquiries and process payments
Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or medical reception role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfort with dental practice management software and basic computer applications
Ability to maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor

Work Schedule & Compensation

Monday through Friday (full-time)
Competitive hourly rate: $16 - $24 per hour, based on experience
