Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Orthodontic Assistant with 3+ years of experience who is flexible, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care across multiple offices. This role suits a team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and enjoys variety.

Schedule & Travel

Full-time (40+ hours/week), Monday–Friday
Regular travel between assigned orthodontic offices (reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required)

Key Responsibilities

Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
Change archwires and place separators
Take orthodontic records and polish teeth for bonding
Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Accurately chart and update patient records
Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic efficiency
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

X-ray certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
