Position Summary We are looking for an Experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant who is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a warm, outgoing personality that fosters quick connections with patients and colleagues alike. Reliability and teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists in providing high-quality dental care to patients
• Perform 4-handed dentistry efficiently and effectively
• Utilize dental clinical and operations software such as Dentrix, Modento, PreVu, Itero, and Dentrix Imaging (or demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly)
• Build rapport with patients to ensure a positive experience
• Educate patients about oral health and post-treatment care
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in general dentistry as a Dental Assistant
• Proficient in 4-handed dentistry techniques
• Familiarity with dental software systems preferred but not required if willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location & Schedule Our practice is conveniently located off Central Expressway/Walnut Hill in North Dallas. We operate Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM.

Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive base compensation ranging from 25 - 30 per hour, dependent on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
