Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team-oriented practice. If you have 3+ years of front-desk experience, strong dental insurance knowledge, and a patient-centered mindset, you’ll thrive in our state-of-the-art environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims accurately
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient calendar
- Handle phone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
- Maintain organized patient records and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a dental receptionist
- Deep understanding of dental insurance policies, verification, and claims processing
- Familiarity with Dentrix software preferred (training available)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and 2 Friday's a month
- Consistent hours to support patient scheduling and front-desk operations
