Job Summary
We are a well-established, patient-focused private dental practice seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our administrative team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations and daily scheduling
- Oversee patient check-in/check-out and ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Lead and support morning huddles
- Maintain accurate patient records and compliance with office policies
- Communicate effectively with clinical team and patients
Qualifications
- Previous dental office experience required (front office or management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and billing processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Professional, friendly, and patient-centered attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
