Position Overview

We’re seeking an Experienced Dental Hygienist with 3+ years of hands-on practice to perform comprehensive cleanings, radiographs, and preventative treatments. You’ll play a key role in patient education, periodontal maintenance, and treatment planning, ensuring each patient receives personalized care and guidance.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Capture and interpret radiographs
• Deliver preventative treatments (sealants, fluoride, etc.)
• Conduct periodontal maintenance and treatment planning
• Educate patients on home care and oral hygiene techniques
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• RDH License (required)
• Laser Certification (preferred)
• Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring credentials
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical hygiene experience
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
