Energetic Dental Assistant – $18-24/hr + Bonus & Benefits

Position Overview

Are you an upbeat and energetic Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience? Join our friendly, patient-centered practice where collaboration and growth are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work Monday through Friday in a positive, team-oriented environment dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
• Take digital and traditional impressions for crowns, bridges, and other dental appliances
• Fabricate temporary crowns and manage provisional restorations
• Perform intraoral and extraoral X-ray imaging (DANB X-ray Certification preferred)
• Assist with composite and amalgam restorations
• Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are meticulously followed
• Coordinate patient care, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain patient records

Qualifications & Certifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
• RDA Certification required
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
• Energetic attitude with leadership qualities and a desire to grow within the practice
