Compensation and Benefits
- $700–$900 daily guarantee
- 30%–34% tiered compensation structure
- Annual earning potential of $210,000–$300,000+ depending on production
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Associates carry their own malpractice insurance
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Predictable full-time schedule with strong work-life balance
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care
- Conduct comprehensive exams and develop tailored treatment plans
- Perform restorative and preventive procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals, etc.)
- Educate patients on long-term oral health
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless care
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Active state dental license
- A compassionate, patient-focused clinician
- A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment
