Your Responsibilities:

• Warmly greeting patients and managing the front desk.
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Efficiently handling billing, payments, and insurance claims.
• Processing EOBs and conducting insurance verifications.
• Delivering outstanding patient service and support.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental front office role is required.
• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• A positive, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break).
• Salary: $24 - $32 per hour, based on your skills and experience.
