Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and Scaling and Root Planing (SRPs).
- Take digital X-Rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Administer local anesthesia for preventative procedures as certified.
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and accurately chart findings.
- Deliver adjunct preventative treatments in alignment with our practice's philosophy.
- Uphold the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical and business teams to ensure an exceptional and consistent patient experience.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist.
- A valid California RDA license is required.
- Must hold a Local Anesthesia certification.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for educating patients.
- A motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.
- Coachable and dedicated to meeting professional and office goals.
- Experience with dental lasers is preferred but not required.
