Experienced Dental Hygienist - Earn $55-$70/hr + Bonus

Overview

Relate Dental Care is a privately owned, 7-operatory general practice led by one owner-doctor. We are a fully digital (paperless) office equipped with CBCT (3D imaging), intraoral scanners, dental lasers, and Dental Intelligence for data-driven patient care.

We provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with a strong emphasis on preserving natural dentition and long-term periodontal health. Our team culture is collaborative, growth-focused, and supportive — giving our hygienists clinical autonomy and the tools to excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and Scaling and Root Planning (SRPs).
• Take digital X-Rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Administer local anesthesia for preventative procedures as certified.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and accurately chart findings.
• Deliver adjunct preventative treatments in alignment with our practice's philosophy.
• Uphold the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.
• Collaborate effectively with the clinical and business teams to ensure an exceptional and consistent patient experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• A valid California RDH license is required.
• Must hold a Local Anesthesia certification.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for educating patients.
• A motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.
• Coachable and dedicated to meeting professional and office goals.
• Experience with dental lasers is preferred but not required.
