Overview
Join Carus Dental’s friendly and positive team as a Dental Assistant! You’ll support patient care in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment, collaborating daily with an eight-person team that values communication and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Fabrication of temporary crowns
- Assisting with composite and amalgam restorations
- Taking digital and traditional impressions
- Coordinating patient care and follow-up
- Sterilization and infection-control duties
- Performing dental X-rays (once certified)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
- Dental Assistant Certification preferred
- DANB X-ray Certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; varied hours on Friday
- No weekends!
- Competitive hourly pay: $20–25 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
