Experienced Dental Assistant Needed - Earn Up to $24/hr + Benefits!

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, private general dental practice. Established in 2016, our practice has grown significantly, with a substantial number of new patients referred by existing ones. We have one full-time owner doctor and four part-time dental hygienists. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, self-directed, and driven, with the ability to assist the whole team efficiently and with a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures.
• Manage time effectively and switch efficiently between tasks.
• Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of chairside experience.
• Radiation Certification is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Additional certifications such as Coronal Polishing and Expanded Functions are a plus and may lead to higher pay.
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is advantageous.

Work Schedule

• Part-time or full-time availability.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Location Requirements

• Ability to commute to Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 is required.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 before starting work if not currently residing in the area.

Compensation

• Pay range: 20.00 - 24.00 per hour.
