About the Role
Join our high-end, fee-for-service multispecialty dental practice as an Expanded Duties Assistant. You’ll collaborate with specialists in general dentistry, esthetics, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics to deliver exceptional patient care in a friendly, patient-centered environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, oral surgery, and endodontic procedures
- Assist dentists and specialists chairside with expanded duties tasks
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilization processes
- Provide patient comfort and education before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Support scheduling, communication, and cross-training efforts as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Expanded Duties Assistant in restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, oral surgery, and endodontic settings
- Expanded Duties certification or equivalent credential
- Strong understanding of dental instruments, materials, and infection control standards
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences
Schedule & Environment
- Part-time schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, with flexible additional days
- 1-hour lunch break

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $25 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
