Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Perform restorative and preventive procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals, cleanings)
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene best practices
- Maintain clear and accurate patient records
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active state dental license with 3+ years of practice experience
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to a patient-focused approach and team collaboration
