Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, including fillings, crown preparations, and extractions
- Perform expanded duties such as coronal polishing, sealant application, and temporary restoration placement
- Maintain infection control protocols and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure supplies are stocked and organized
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-operative instructions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience, preferably with expanded duties certification
- Proficiency in intraoral and extraoral procedures, dental materials, and radiography safety
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to upholding high standards of infection control and practice protocols
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay range of $20 - $26 per hour based on experience
- Work schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
