Dental Hygienist at Twin City Smiles Family Dentistry

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing.
• Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral images.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes.
• Adhere to all infection control and sterilization protocols.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Dental Hygiene License.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• A friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $65–$70 per hour, plus a monthly performance bonus.

Schedule

• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person
• Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Two Fridays per month 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (20-36 hours per week).
