About the Role
We’re a growth-oriented dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) to join our friendly, positive team. This part-time position offers a consistent Tuesday and Thursday schedule, allowing you to maintain an excellent work-life balance while contributing to patient care and practice success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
- Diagnose and perform therapeutic scaling & root planing when indicated
- Take and evaluate radiographs to support accurate diagnoses
- Conduct oral health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on effective home care and preventive practices
- Administer preventative treatments (sealants, fluoride)
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Dental Hygienist with 3+ years of clinical experience
- Certification in Local Anesthesia (required)
- Certification in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
- Commitment to a positive, team-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
