Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves floating between back-office dental assisting and front office administration. The ideal candidate will be motivated, friendly, and genuinely care for patients while possessing a strong sense of teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat patients with warmth and professionalism
• Break down, sterilize, and set up operatories
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate dental records and lab cases using Dentrix
• Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Help manage appointments, confirmations, and occasional reception duties
• Collaborate with our amazing team to provide exceptional patient care

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Some experience in dental assisting is required
• Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Previous experience in general dentistry

Working Hours: The position starts at 2-3 days per week with the potential for more hours. Flexible scheduling is available for the right candidate.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is 20 - 35 per hour.
