Position Overview
Join our friendly, growth-oriented dental practice as a General Assistant. In this vital role, you’ll provide top-tier chairside and front-office support, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and seamless office operations.
Schedule:
- We are very flexible for the right candidate! Open to someone to join us part-time or full-time.
- Our working schedule is:
- Monday: 8:30am - 5:30 pm
- Tuesday: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am - 8:00 pm
- Thursday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am -3:30 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
- Not expected to work 6 days a week, never more than 5 days; timings can vary. We are very flexible on scheduling, apply and let us know what you are searching for!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and schedule follow-ups
- Assist chairside with composite, amalgam, and temporary crown procedures
- Ortho experience is a major plus
- Fabricate temporary crowns accurately, Night guards, & retainers
- Perform digital and traditional impressions
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
- Support treatment coordination at the front desk
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience
- Active RDA certification preferred
- Proficiency in composite/amalgam procedures and crown fabrication
- Skilled in taking digital/traditional impressions and X-rays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $20 - $25 per hour
