About the Role
Join our patient-centered dental practice as an Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator. You’ll be the friendly voice and smiling face that makes every patient feel welcome while supporting our team’s mission to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify dental insurance coverage and process patient information
- Assist in coordinating treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to optimize patient flow
- Uphold a clean and welcoming front office environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a dental coordinator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Schedule
The position is full-time, five days per week.
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 or 5:00 PM (depending on the number of doctors scheduled; 1-hour lunch break)
- Saturdays: Rotating schedule. Typically between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, though not always full shifts.
Team members will always have Sundays off and one additional day off during the week of their choosing.
If you can consistently work five days per week including Saturdays, that’s ideal - but working two Saturdays per month is also acceptable.
