About the Role
A patient-centered, collaborative dental practice is seeking a dynamic new graduate Dental Receptionist to join our front office team. As the Director of First Impressions, you'll ensure a smooth patient experience and build lasting relationships.
Schedule
- Tuesday – Friday (Full-time), 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet patients, answer phones, and manage patient communications
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for optimal patient flow
- Maintain accurate patient accounts and support collections
- Assist with follow-ups, inquiries, and front office support
- Contribute to patient-centered, team-oriented care
Growth Opportunities
- Train to become a Treatment Coordinator explaining high-end dental services
- Learn to communicate treatment value, coordinate care, and boost case acceptance

Qualifications
- New graduate or early-career candidate with strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing support
- Customer service or front office experience preferred; dental or healthcare background is a plus
- Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range:
24 -
28 per hour
