Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with a strong focus on customer service to join our clinical team. This role is essential in upholding our mission by contributing skills and expertise to deliver high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients
- Support team members in creating a world-class dental care experience
- Maintain schedules for hygiene and doctor appointments
- Manage accounts receivables
- Present treatment plans effectively to patients
- Demonstrate knowledge of insurance processes (preferred)
- Participate in community outreach events
- Uphold the practice's values through daily actions and intentions
Qualifications:
- Strong motivation and desire to learn within the dental field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to be trained for candidates without dental experience
