We’re seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to deliver high-quality care and exceptional customer service. Our office is one location in Mansfield, TX - next to the Sprouts Farmers Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Take digital and traditional impressions with precision
- Capture and process X-rays
- Perform sterilization and infection control duties
- Maintain accurate patient records and computer-based documentation
- Provide a great patient experience and customer service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- Dental Assistant Certification or RDA preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong computer literacy and fast typing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
- Familiarity with AI/Computer-Based Practice Management software

Schedule & Compensation
- Monday through Friday (closed weekends) - 30 to 40 hours/week
- Consistent, family-friendly hours with no weekend shifts
- Flexible schedule on cleaning/stocking day for family or kids' appointments
