Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentists during various procedures, including restorative and cosmetic treatments. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication, and written skills. While certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is preferred, relevant experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
• Take and develop dental X-rays, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis.
• Utilize 3D scanners for capturing precise dental impressions and make temporary crowns.
• Update patient records and take thorough notes using dental software.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, writing clinical notes, and managing patient flow.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D scanning technology is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant or equivalent training is preferred.
