Patient-first scheduling:
1-hour recare visits (including exam + X-rays)
2-hour new patient appointments
90–120 minutes for SRPs
Schedule:
Mon–Wed: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-min lunch)
Thurs: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (flexible)
~32 hours/week
Mon–Wed only considered for the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $50–60/hr depending on experience
- 20 paid days off annually: 8 vacation days, 3 sick days, 8 holidays, 1 birthday
- 5-Year Anniversary: 12 vacation days, 3 sick days, 8 holidays, 1 birthday
- 10-Year Anniversary: all-expense-paid vacation to Hawaii
- Guaranteed Holiday Break: Office closes for ~2 weeks each December

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as an RDH
