Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our dental team as a Full-time Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a fast learner, and bilingual in Spanish and English. Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures
- Prepare patients for treatments and ensure their comfort
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing instructions and answering questions
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
- X-Ray Certification (Required)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Excellent communication skills
Working Hours: This is a full-time position requiring 35-40 hours per week.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from 21 to 25 per hour, depending on experience. There is also potential for bonuses based on performance.
