Core Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during restorative and preventive procedures
- Fabricate temporary crowns with accuracy and efficiency
- Capture diagnostic and intraoral X-rays, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Take digital and traditional impressions for crowns, bridges, and other appliances
- Perform sterilization duties and maintain operatory readiness
- Assist with composite and amalgam procedures
- Coordinate patient care, appointments, and follow-up instructions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on dental assisting experience
- Dental Assistant Certification (required)
- DANB X-ray Certification (required)
- Coronal Polish Certification (preferred)
- CPR/BLS Certification (required)
- Bilingual Spanish speaker (preferred)
