Position Overview

The Dental Clinical Assistant plays a crucial role in our practice, serving as the core of what makes us unique. This position involves working closely with patients throughout their visits and aligning with the doctors' goals. You will serve both new and existing patients in our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a driven team committed to excellence in patient care.
• Care for patients who appreciate our expertise and seek the best dental services.
• Manage check-ins for 4 to 10 patients daily.
• Assist in all clinical areas: room setup/breakdown, four-handed dentistry, sterilization.
• Handle supply and inventory management.
• Support hygienists with preventative and periodontal procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties as part of a team.
• Pour and trim models.
• Pack up, send out, and receive lab cases.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred.
• Must hold a valid x-ray license.
• Demonstrates excellent chairside manners/"people skills".
• Possesses a positive attitude with a team-player mentality.

Employment Details
