Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a General Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental assistance with a minimum of two years of experience in a dental clinic setting. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth operation of our practice and ensuring excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and aseptic conditions in the treatment area.
• Manage digital imaging processes and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide information and reassurance.
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Stay updated on new dental techniques and technologies.
• Learn and utilize Dentrix and Dexis software for efficient practice management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinic setting.
• Proficient knowledge of aseptic techniques, digital imaging, and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both patients and colleagues.
• Eagerness to learn new software systems (Dentrix and Dexis) if not already familiar.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in dental techniques.

Compensation The position offers competitive pay ranging from 21.00 to 24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
