Position Overview
Join our expanding dental practice as an Experienced Dental Assistant! With 3+ years of experience, you’ll play a key role in supporting oral surgery and implant procedures while fostering a friendly, patient-centered atmosphere that values work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentist chairside with general, oral surgery, and implant procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean environment
- Record patient histories, update charts, and take intraoral images
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, pre- and post-operative instructions
- Manage inventory and order clinical supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience; oral surgery and implant experience a plus
- Accredited dental assistant certification and current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to collaborate in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and safety
Schedule
- Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday
- 8 AM - 5 PM; subject to change + flexible
- Occasional adjustments to meet practice needs and support team coverage
