Job Details
- Type: Full-Time (Open to 2 Part-Time Assistants)
- Schedule: Flexible for the right candidate
- First Patient: 7:00 AM (Flexible depending on the day)
- Daily Huddle: 6:45 AM
- Work Week: Typically Monday – Thursday (1/2 day)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Prosthodontist and general dentist, experience with cosmetic and full mouth rehabilitation cases valuable but not a must. Also, some experience and knowledge of implants is helpful but willing to train.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and equipment
- Record patient histories, take X-rays, and chart findings
- Provide chairside support, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with clinical team members in treatment planning and patient education
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3+ years of dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in chairside assisting for complex restorative and surgical procedures
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, infection control protocols, and radiography
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
Compensation & Benefits
