Dental Hygienist – $60-$70/hr + Bonus & 401k

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist with 3+ years of clinical experience to join our patient-centered, team-oriented practice. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, our office is committed to delivering exceptional oral health care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventative treatments
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and take radiographs
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with dentists
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Provide local anesthesia (if certified) and monitor vital signs

Requirements

• Active RDH license
• 3+ years of dental hygiene experience
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Local anesthesia certification (preferred)
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
