Position Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Lead Dental Assistant with robust clinical skills and leadership capabilities to manage our back-office team effectively. This role involves streamlining workflows and upholding our high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during procedures with confidence and care.
- Act as a team leader by supporting, training, and motivating back-office staff.
- Set up and clean treatment rooms while maintaining sterilization protocols.
- Take x-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos.
- Help manage lab cases, supplies, and clinical inventory.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at every step.
- Maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
- Be proactive in identifying efficiencies and advocating for improvements.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a dental assistant; leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and lead professionally.
- Passionate about patient care with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-focused.
- Tech-savvy with adaptability to a fast-paced clinical environment.
- RDA License is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: 18.00 - 25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
