Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Dental Assistant who is ready to take on a leadership role as a Lead Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced, team-centered environment and be passionate about contributing to our growing dental family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of dental assistants to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure clinical areas run smoothly and effectively.
- Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures.
- Manage inventory, sterilization processes, and patient flow within the practice.
- Act as a liaison between dental assistants and management to facilitate communication and operations.
Qualifications:
- Certified Dental Assistant with over 4 years of experience in the field.
- Demonstrates natural leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their visits.
