Position Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Dental Receptionist with 6+ years of experience to deliver exceptional patient service and support clinical operations. You’ll play a key role in presenting treatment plans for All-on-X, implants, and sedation with a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily calendar organization (Monday through Friday)
• Present treatment plans for All-on-X, implants, and sedation in clear, compassionate terms
• Coordinate patient communications via phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing processes
• Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to operational improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of dental reception or front-desk experience
• Proficient with electronic health record systems and appointment software
• Experience presenting complex treatment plans (implants, All-on-X, sedation)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Patient-focused mentality and ability to educate patients on treatment options
