Registered Dental Hygienist (New Grads Welcome!) - Patient-Centered Practice

About the Role

Are you an experienced or newly licensed dental hygienist looking for an exciting opportunity in a friendly, patient-centered practice? We're a collaborative, patient-focused team looking for a motivated RDH who is eager to collaborate, grow, and make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and take radiographs
• Deliver preventative treatments (sealants, fluoride)
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home care routines
• Monitor patients under nitrous oxide and administer local anesthesia as needed
• Collaborate with dentists and front-office staff to ensure a seamless, patient-first experience.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient education and preventative care

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring
• Previous experience in a clinical setting (internship or externship experience counts!)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: 67.00 – 72.00 per hour, DOE and credentials
