Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $48 – $58 per hour, based on experience
Work Days: Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)
Office Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM with no traditional lunch break — enjoy your evenings and long weekends

Responsibilities

As an experienced member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in the oral health and overall wellness of our patients. Core responsibilities include:

Performing professional dental cleanings, SRP's and periodontal maintenance
Taking and interpreting dental radiographs
Conducting thorough oral health assessments with periodontal charting completed every 12 months
Delivering preventative treatments to promote long-term patient health
Providing meaningful patient education on oral hygiene and home care practices using our Pearl AI showing PA pathology, periodontal lesions, incipient and carries lesion, and bone loss.
We use Eaglesoft dental software

Requirements

We're seeking a skilled and passionate professional with a strong clinical background and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Requirements:

3+ years of dental hygiene experience
Active and valid dental hygienist licensure
Certification in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, CPR/BLS
Up-to-date Continuing Education Credits (CECs)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
