** What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk workflow
Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Handle billing inquiries and collect payments
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold patient confidentiality
Contribute to a positive, collaborative office atmosphere every day

** What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in a dental or medical receptionist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with dental scheduling software is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A team-first attitude and genuine care for patient satisfaction
Dependable, punctual, and professional

** Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Hourly pay: $18 – $23 per hour, based on experience
