Schedule
- Days: Monday – Thursday
- Hours: Full-time, 4-day work week (enjoy your long weekends!)
What You'll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. Core responsibilities include:
- Chairside Assistance – Support the dentist during a wide range of procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care
- X-Ray Taking – Capture and process diagnostic dental radiographs with precision and safety
- Sterilization Duties – Maintain strict infection control protocols and sterilize instruments per OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Patient Care Coordination – Guide patients through their appointments, answer questions, and ensure a comfortable experience
- Composite & Amalgam Procedures – Assist with restorative procedures including composite and amalgam restorations
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dedicated professional who brings both technical expertise and a warm, patient-centered approach.
Experience:
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience required
Certifications (Required/Preferred):
- DANB X-Ray Certification
- Dental Assistant Certification (DA or CDA)
- CPR/BLS Certification

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $21 – $25 per hour, based on experience
