About the Role
We are a patient-centered dental practice looking for a skilled and motivated dental assistant to join our close-knit team. If you thrive in a friendly, positive environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- Taking and processing digital and traditional impressions
- Performing X-rays in compliance with safety and certification standards
- Temporary crown fabrication and support during restorative procedures
- Assisting with composite and amalgam procedures
- Carrying out sterilization duties to maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
- Operating digital scanning technology and the Cerec machine for crowns and bridges
Schedule
This is a Monday through Thursday position — enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with Fridays off!
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of dental assisting experience
- Proficiency with digital scanning and Cerec machine operation (crowns & bridges)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- A genuine passion for patient care
Certifications Required/Preferred:
- DANB X-Ray Certification
- Dental Assistant Certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience
