About the Role

What You'll Do
- Warmly greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming front-office experience
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient flow
- Verify insurance eligibility and process billing and claims accurately
- Collect and post patient payments and handle end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of dental front office experience (required)
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A positive, team-player attitude with a genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy front office environment
