Overview
Please read before applying:
We are a biological dental practice with a strong focus on whole-body health. Our philosophy differs from conventional dentistry and incorporates alternative health principles (e.g., minimal use of pharmaceuticals, avoidance of fluoride, and a holistic approach to care).
If you are not familiar with or comfortable with this approach, our office may not be the best fit for you.
Registered Dental Hygienist – Health-Focused, Growth-Driven Practice
We are not a “teeth cleaning” office.
We are a biological / holistic dental practice focused on transforming patient health, and we are building a hygiene department that patients describe as:
“I’ve never felt so well taken care of in my life.”
If you see hygiene as more than scaling and polishing—if you believe in education, disease prevention, and truly changing lives—you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

- You enjoy educating and motivating patients, not just treating them
- You want to continuously improve your clinical and communication skills
- You take pride in going above and beyond for every patient

Who This Is NOT For
- You prefer a routine, clock-in/clock-out hygiene role
- You are not interested in ongoing training or feedback
