About the Role

What You'll Do
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients — in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments with efficiency and care
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes seamlessly
- Verify dental insurance, process claims, and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of dental receptionist or dental front office experience
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a five-star patient experience
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $30 – $40 per hour, based on experience
