Dental Hygienist– $82K-$100K + PTO in Growth-Focused Practice

Join our patient-centered, growth-oriented dental practice as a Senior Dental Hygienist. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with 6+ years of experience (preferred) who thrives in a friendly, positive atmosphere and values continuous learning and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal maintenance and routine cleanings
• Deliver preventative treatments and patient education on oral hygiene
• Capture and interpret radiographs for accurate diagnosis
• Collaborate on treatment planning and oral health assessments
• Utilize laser technology for advanced periodontal procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications

• RDH License (required)
• Laser Certification (preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient comfort
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, weekends as needed)
