About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with 3+ years of experience to join our patient-centered, team-oriented practice. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional chairside support, fabricating temporary crowns, performing composite/amalgam procedures, and ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during restorative and preventive procedures
- Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
- Assist with composite and amalgam restorations
- Take digital and traditional impressions
- Capture diagnostic X-rays
- Coordinate patient care and maintain clear communication
- Perform sterilization and infection control duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Proficiency in digital imaging and traditional impression techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Schedule
- Flexible availability Monday through Saturday

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 - $48,000 per year
